- 1st Term: During the First Term cadets Learn the basics of Military Discipline and undergo physical Training.

PMA Long Course 156 Eligibility Criteria & Physical Standards:
- Nationality: All Citizens of Pakistan including Azad Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, may Apply for PMA Long Course.
- Height: Minimum Height 5′ 4″ (Five feet Four Inches)
- Genders: Only Males are Eligible to apply.
- Marks: Minimum 55% marks in FA/FSC. Candidates secured 60% marks or above in Graduation / Masters with 50% marks in FA / FSc are Eligible to apply for PMA Long Course at Pakistan Military Academy.
